In 2016 I entered the CARTEN100. With over another 2200 riders who took on the challenge to cycle from Cardiff to Tenby. Riders are encouraged to not to rush to Tenby but with all the winter training and the help from the tailwind I really pushed myself. This is probably the fastest I’ve cycled to date and the longest, 108 miles. We all finished at Tenby Harbour. This image stuck with me for some time and I had to revisit to capture the feeling I had on the day.
