Sea Wall, Tenby Harbour

On low tide you can get some fantastic views of the Tenby Sea wall that defends the historic harbour from the high tide. The wall has protected the harbour and boats from storm damage for many years. The narrow cobbled streets above the sandy beaches are lined with shops, cafés and restaurants and has been a popular destination since the Victorian time, but the house with the best views has to be Laston House with panoramic views over North Beach. I have always wondered what the view would look like through those gothic style windows. I’d really love to paint that view.
